Offer the Opportunity

Learn & Train

Our experienced team will assist your school with publicity materials, including posters, flyers, and digital content to help promote the trip. We’ll also make ourselves available for open evenings and information events to answer questions about the expedition — and about PADI training courses in general.

Students then complete their scuba training in the UK and gain certification under the expert guidance of our qualified instructors. Training focuses on safety, skill development, and teamwork — preparing students for open-water diving and for life.

Try Dive & Pre-Selection

A week in Egypt diving

Before committing, students take part in a pool-based Try Dive session to experience the magic of breathing underwater. This step ensures everyone is comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited to begin their diving journey.

The journey culminates in a week-long liveaboard experience in Egypt’s Red Sea — a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore coral reefs, marine life, and historic dive sites while living, learning, and diving with friends and instructors.

Group Structure and Support

Our Red Sea liveaboard expeditions are designed with both safety and value in mind. Each trip is based on a group of 18 paying students, accompanied by two members of school staff for supervision and pastoral support, along with two of our experienced PADI professionals who oversee all diving activities and ensure strict adherence to safety procedures throughout the trip.

If your school is concerned about filling all available places, you may wish to share a boat with another school or college, or alternatively, offer any unsold places to parents who would like to join the adventure. Our team can assist in coordinating these options to ensure every trip runs smoothly and remains both safe and affordable.

What’s Included

Our Egyptian Live-aboard Package offers a complete, hassle-free experience designed for schools. From training to travel, we handle the details so you can focus on the adventure.

Your trip includes:

Return flights from the UK to Egypt
All in-country transfers, including airport pick-up and drop-off
Full board and lodging aboard the live-aboard vessel, with three freshly prepared meals each day
Unlimited local soft drinks throughout your stay on the boat
Use of hotel facilities and a meal on departure day (private or shared day room available at additional cost)
Diving supervision and instruction from our qualified PADI professionals, ensuring safety and learning at every stage
Discounted equipment rental from Scuba 4 Schools — allowing students to dive in the same familiar equipment they trained in for maximum comfort and confidence

What’s Not Included

We believe in being fully transparent about what’s covered in your trip cost. While our live-aboard packages are as comprehensive as possible, a few items are not included and should be budgeted for separately:

UK transfers to and from the departure airport (we recommend using the UK train network, subject to flight times)
Personal spending money for souvenirs or optional extras
Travel insurance, which must include diving cover
Private or shared day room at the hotel on departure day (available at additional cost)
Optional equipment purchases or additional dive gear upgrades beyond the discounted rental package

Our team will provide full guidance on all travel arrangements, documentation, and packing lists to make preparation simple and stress-free.
